I had a bad experience with Ivy Exec.

When I used another website to do a deeper, systematic search,

Again, little value add. If you look on Yelp, etc. there are few testimonials of people who found success in ways that conventional methods would not work.

I do not know of any part time job listings.

I do know that most of their work is outsourced to Serbia, where CEO Elena Bajic is from.

Also, to my knowledge, not the CEO and many of the employees actually had Wall Street experience. I just do not have observation or faith in their belief.

Reference "Jalal V. Bajic" on Pacer or even a web search. You will see one of the founders, Malek Jalal is now in prison for fraud. He is suing his ex-wife, current CEO Elena Bajic for millions of dollars in accounting and fraud.

As for the operations of an online business, I am not sure background checking is relevant, due to the international operations. Yet, if we dig deeper, we see that a convicted financial criminal help found the company, set billing policies, etc.

I have not used the resume features. But, there are some people that have produced results.

However, many people recommend other dedicated resume writers.
